IBM’s latest campaign brings the whole world back to the fundamentals of life – thinking. STALKR collaborated with the powerhouse technology brand on two spots “Think” and “Know,” to create powerful narratives aimed at highlighting and inciting innovation.
Building on narration from Thomas J. Watson Sr.’s speech in 1915. As former chairman and CEO of IBM from 1914 to 1956, Thomas issues a challenge to the American maker and consumer: to think.
Ogilvy enlisted STALKR for our expertise in working with filmmakers around the globe and sourcing footage for their needs to benefit the story and the storytellers. While the agency finished polishing the cut, we licensed the footage they needed to get the spots ready to air by time of launch.
“Think” and “Know” mark continuations of our work with IBM. In 2011, we produced the archival material for Academy Award-winning director Davis Guggenheim’s “Wild Ducks,” a fifteen minute film made for IBM about four geniuses who transformed the world.
