After the pandemic paused America’s favorite pastime, athletes and fans around the country are rejoicing as Major League Baseball returns for a new season.
In anticipation of the big day, we helped Chevy, the official vehicle sponsor of the league, capture the optimism associated with baseball for their spot Field of Dreams. Accompanied by James Earl Jones narration from the classic 1989 film of the same name, the spot celebrates baseball’s return with iconic and groundbreaking footage from the sport’s history woven together with contemporary clips of all levels of play. Baseball is honored as the great unifier of America, providing the ultimate common language shared by people across races, ages, abilities, state lines and more. Given everything we have all been through in the last year the country is more than tee’d up for the occasion to play together and unite as one.
