The purposeful and rhythmic narration sets the tempo for this spot which sets Alfa Romeo as the perfect break to a relentless monotony. The footage we sourced sought to reinforce the monotony and boredom of Alfa Romeo’s competitors, “boring, snoring, ho hum, hum drum,” as the narrator elucidates. As we move from the numb “state of our cars,” to the “glam… dopamine to the head” force of Alfa Romeo, our footage turns to evocative, vibrant, futuristic, sensual imagery to take us somewhere we’ve never been.
